We never stop!

Hello everyone!

So good to read your messages, thank you, much appreciated!

We had a 'boys' night last night, which involved taking some of the older boys back to the house and cooking with them, and just generally showing them a good time. We had so much fun. The boys are so so sweet. They are some of the most polite, well mannered people I have met. And their dancing was totally amazing!

We took some of the younger children swimming today... 11 infants in a pool...interesting!

Got so many stories to share when I get home (this maybe isn't the time or place for some of them).

xx

01 Aug 2009 at 17:02 Hi Kat,
I've eventually got round to catching up with you - sounds like you're having a really great time. I know it must be hard work, physically and emotionally, it's something I wish I'd done years ago, I'm quite envious really!!
It's good to be able to see everybody else's messages, brill news about Del :)
I'm enjoying the break, keeping busy as usual, lots of running around after the kids and bit of time to do my own thing.
Hope it's not too cold for you, weather here is miserable at the minute.
Take care Kat and enjoy every second,
love Alison xxx

01 Aug 2009 at 22:25 Hi Kat,
Finally managed to prise the laptop off the kids so I can catch up with wot ur doing. Polite, sweet, well behaved kids?? Must be like a busmans holiday-not! 11 kids swimming? Doddle! Can't believe we've been off for nearly a fortnight. I had a few days chilling in Majorca with my pal. Lovely! They closed the airports the day after we got back. I know its Dels wedding day today and although it rained this morning it really brightened up for the afternoon so thats great. Saw a news report this morning about shanty towns in South Africa. It was very distressing to see the conditions people survive in. Also, the reporter was well wrapped up. It looked freezing so I hope you packed your thermals! Will check in again soon. Keep up the good work and take care x

You sound so busy and I feel quite bad sat here having a pyjama day, trying hard to beat Tracy on the DS (oh yeah I'm winning) and basically doing nothing! Still I am thinking of you lots.
Enjoyed Dels wedding yesterday, it was lovely, she looked so happy and I will put pictures on Facebook for you to see. Weather was not good but luckily it managed to stop raining for the shorttime we were outside.
Looking forward to my birthday friday - wish you were here to celebrate with me but am sure we will have great night out when you get back.
Keep up the amazing work, am sooooo proud of you babe x
Love you Julie x
